This is a really, cute, cat food or water bowl. The inside of the bowl is bright green and the black, “MEOW”, really pops! Different colored fish swim around the outside of the bowl. This is a preowned item, but it is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. :) Signed?? (see last picture)
